Hold a coffee morning and raise money for Hospice

THIS year marks the 14th anniversary of Ireland's biggest coffee morning and I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to host a coffee morning in aid of Foyle Hospice.

The official date of the event is the 20th September, however, you may hold it any time that suits you.

Your participation will allow Foyle Hospice to continue to provide ongoing specialist palliative care services for patients with cancer and other life limiting illnesses and support for their families and loved ones.

Once again this year's event is being kindly sponsored by Bewley's who will provide free coffee for everyone hosting a coffee morning.

We all have coffee breaks, so lets put them to good use by supporting the work of the Hospice. It only takes an hour to host a coffee morning so get the kettle on and invite family, friends, work colleagues etc, to join you for a cuppa.

We were absolutely delighted at the support we received for the event in 2006 which raised in excess of £10,000.

We are extremely grateful to everyone who 'hosted' a coffee morning for us and with your help we hope to build on that support again this year.

The Foyle Hospice Store in Church Street will hold their coffee morning on Wed 19th Sept between 10am and 11:30am so feel free to pop in for a cuppa.

Alternatively, if you would be interested in hosting a coffee morning in aid of Foyle Hospice, as many businesses are doing, please pick up an application form at Strabane Foyle Hospice Office, 5A Church Street, or phone or email us on 02871 886241; strabane@foylehospice.com and we will gladly register you over the phone.
