Rhyme Time at Omagh Library

Thu, Jul 26, 2007

Relative peace has descended in the Western Education and Library Board's (WELB) Omagh Library as 'Rhyme Time' takes a summer break.

The hour long session, which took place every Wednesday morning was enjoyed by all 20 to 25 toddlers, mums, grannies, granddads and babyminders who attended regularly.

Throughout the year library staff lead 20 or more 1-3 year olds to rhythm, music and stories, which included a variety of musical instruments.

Sadly, goodbyes were extended to some of the 3 year olds who will start pre-school education. For everyone else normal service resumes in September 2007.
