Entertainment spectacular at Omagh Show this Saturday

The GMC Promotions entertainment at Omagh Show always provides a fun packed day of family entertainment and 2007 promises to be a good one too. Headlining the extravaganza is Stevie Starr who has appeared on many TV shows. He is set to wow the crowds with his amazing regurgitation acts (not to be tried at home).

Starr swallows anything from large coins to live fish and brings them back in one piece before an astounded audience. He will be performing to the crowds at Omagh Show on Saturday, July 7 in the Showgrounds and his act is sure to astonish everyone.

He will be performing stunts, described as incredible by Paul Daniels, including swallowing a bowl full of dry sugar followed by a glass of water and then bringing the sugar back up bone dry. The audience will also be amazed to see Starr swallow a gentleman's ring followed by a locked padlock and the key, returning them with the ring locked inside the padlock.

Stevie Starr is only one part of the buzz on the GMC stage. Other entertainers include country star, Fermanagh's Anthony McBrien, as well as some fantastic dancers from as far away as Tipperary and Roscommon, pop divas from counties Mayo and Louth, the current Miss Teen Ireland, Fiona McTernan from Leitrim. And there will be a special appearance of local song bird, Savanalee Daly, as well as a jiving competition.

All this and more at the Omagh Showgrounds on Saturday, July 7. Gates open at 9am. The GMC Stage Show starts at 2.30pm. A great day out for all the family.
