Orangefest won't draw tourists

Can someone who supports the 12th 'OrangeFest' answer this? Where else in the world would they declare a festival and make sure the shops and bars are closed?

So, yes, lets bring in the tourists, but wait, make sure they bring a packed lunch and a few tins of beer to sit at the side of the road.

Let's be frank about this and admit it is not a festival and certainly not a good day for tourists. I have travelled to many parts of the globe and witnessed many festivals, but the Twelfth is sadly, bottom of the heap.
