I wish to draw your attention to the excellent facilities at the X–ray department in Tyrone County Hospital. I had reason to go to this unit recently for a scan and I was amazed at the quality of the modern equipment and the excellent attention of the staff in this ultra modern unit.

I fail to understand why this unit has never been given any publicity or was never officially opened following refurbishment. Is this because the powers that be, intend to spirit away this unit to some other location? (e.g. Enniskillen).

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of this unit for their kindness and attention during my visit.
