The country, Paddy's day and the post

You may have seen the recent television advertisements that have been promoting this site and its purpose. If you have then don't dismiss it, take notice and inform others. This site provides information about open access to the English countryside, the countryside code and the right to roam. Although it is the English countryside the same principles should be applied to every inch of countryside no matter which country it is in. The two most important sections of this site include 'What you need to know' and 'The countryside code'. Whether you wish to report a problem, take your dog into the countryside or would like to learn more about caring for the countryside, you will find all you need to know under the 'What you need to know' section. The countryside code is very important, if you follow the Countryside Code wherever you go, you'll get the best enjoyment possible and you'll help to protect the countryside now and for future generations.

This site has been brought to you in celebration of St Patrick. As the infamous day approaches, this site provides you with a vessel to submerge yourself in all things Irish. Whether you want to know more about St Patrick himself or keep yourself informed of all the St Patrick's Day parades and events the world over, this is the site you need to log onto. St-Patricks-Day.com also provides an insight into Ireland as a whole, you'll learn a lot from reading the Introduction, History, Gaelic Games and Irish Culture links. If you would like to dabble in the culinary delights of some traditional Irish dishes, then visit the 'Recipe' section. Within these pages you will learn how to make Irish Stew, Irish Coffee, Beef in Guinness and Potato Bread, to name but a few. For inspiration and a few laughs visit the 'Quotations' and 'Irish Jokes' sections. The objective of St-Patricks-Day.com is to become an online resource for Irish nationals and Irish Diaspora; the bulk of the sites audience is Irish Americans and people interested in Ireland.

Are you sick and tired of receiving unwanted mail through your letterbox? It's bad enough that you have to deal with it in your e-mail account but why should you be subjected to it in your own home. If like me you receive an abundance of unsolicited mail to your address in your name or a previous occupants name, then this is one site you should visit. MPSOnline is a mail preference service that enables you to add your name and address to a list used by the direct mail industry so that you can be removed or added. The Royal Mail actively supports MPS and all directly involved trade associations and it is fully supported by the Office of the Information Commissioner. The MPS can remove your name from up to 95% of Direct Mail lists, however, it will not stop mail that has been sent from overseas, un-addressed material or mail addressed to The Occupier.
