New season of events for NEW

THE Network for Enterprising Women (NEW) launches a packed season of networking opportunities for business women (and aspiring business women) in Fermanagh & Tyrone, with an opportunity to learn about 'Speaking with Power'

The event is on next Wednesday in Fermanagh House, Enniskillen.

"One of the biggest fears people have is speaking public" says Ruth Daly Network co-ordinator, "and for some that same fear exists whether it is speaking to one stranger never mind 20 or more. When you are running a business, no matter what size, you need to be able to communicate effectively in many different scenarios, one–to one with customers, suppliers and staff, making sales presentations, or informally getting across confidently what your business does best at networking events. In order to help our members develop their confidence and learn to speak in a more effective and powerful way, Simon Smith will present some practical tips on speaking with confidence no matter what the situation. The event also provides an opportunity to meet some new contacts, so we encourage those coming to bring their business cards and information with them"

This is the first event in a season full of networking opportunities for business women in Tyrone, helping them to connect with others in the county and across Northern Ireland.

There are three other great events lined up for September:

Tuesday September 18, 'Focus on Networking' at 7.30pm Fermanagh Enterprise, Tempo Road, Enniskillen

Thursday September 20, 'Tendering for Business Workshop', 10 –1pm Omagh Enterprise Centre

Wednesday September 26, 'Focus on Networking' at 7.30pm Dungannon Enterprise, Dungannon

Full details of all events and information about the Network for Enterprising Women can be found on www.networkforenterprisingwomen.net

To book a place at any of these events please contact Ruth Daly on 028 6773 8462 or e-mail ruth@sort-it-now.com. Entrance to events is free to members and non members are welcome to attend one networking event at no charge.
