Omagh Active Club

IF you are aged 50+ and you are looking for something fun and healthy to do on a Thursday morning then why not come along to the Omagh Active Club in Omagh Leisure Complex. The Active Club recommences on Thursday September 13 2007.

Omagh Active Club meets on a Thursday morning in the Major Hall in Omagh Leisure Complex to take part in a wide range of activities. The programme for March to June includes the following: Every Thursday morning (September - June) 10.30-11.15: Exercises to music, 11.15-11.45: Spinning/Tea/Coffee and scones.

You will also be able to play bowls, table tennis, badminton, swim and use the sauna/steam room throughout the morning.

The cost per morning is £2.
