Cookstown based CDE recently were invited to present at the QPANI (Quarry Products Association Northern Ireland) Regional Meeting on their innovative systems for the recycling of construction and demolition waste.
The presentation on Thursday, August 30, in Omagh College was attended by many of the industry's leading players. CDE's presentation focused on the business benefits to be enjoyed by those companies which have introduced recycling operations.
"We have enjoyed considerable success with our manufacture of customized recycling equipment in the UK recently," explained CDE's design engineer, Darren Eastwood. "As well as the moral and legislative push to increase recycling operations, there is a compelling business model for all those considering moving into this area."
CDE recently announced it had secured contracts to manufacture recycling operations worth £4 million in July alone for projects in the UK. This comes on the back of a significant number of contracts already won in this area in recent years.
Due to the continued growth of the company, CDE are currently recruiting a number of positions. Full details can be found at www.cdeireland.com or by contacting 028 867 67900.
