Care takes a back seat to art works in the health service

THE NEWS that nearly £3 million could be spent on art and landscaping in the proposed new hospitals at Enniskillen and Omagh has been described as "ludicrous" by local politicians at a time when health services in Tyrone and other areas are starved of funding, and while hundreds of people are frantically trying to raise £250,000 for a life saving operation in the US for Omagh toddler Billy Caldwell.
