Handbag stolen in scenic area


\A handbag has been stolen from a car at Florencecourt forest in Fermanagh.

A Police spokesman reported that the she straw-coloured leather handbag was stolen after a window of the car was broken, sometime between 1.15pm and 2.45pm on Saturday, 20th October. The boot of the car was also damaged.

The handbag, he added, contained cash in sterling, Euros and Canadian dollars, credit cards and a driving licence.

Anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact police. The number to call is 0845 600 8000, or Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
